Note: To attend the AGM, you must be a member in good standing. You have the option to attend either virtually or in-person. Please indicate your preferred method of attendance by filling out this form. Once submitted, we will send a virtual meeting invitation to those choosing to attend remotely.

Join us at the AGM to help shape AMBA's future, elect new board members, and discuss key topics like player evaluations, the mini-house league, and results from the Calgary Minor Basketball Association (CMBA). As a special thank you for those attending in person we will be serving subway sandwiches. Your involvement makes a difference, and we'd love to see you there!

As a thank you for your support, we're offering a FREE 2025-2026 registration for one child! To be eligible, you must attend the AGM in person (virtual attendance does not qualify) and be a member in good standing. It's our way of showing appreciation for your ongoing commitment to the AMBA community.
